Over the next two decades, without immigration, the rate of GDP growth would drop to 1.1 per cent by 2040, as businesses and organisations cannot diversify if they cannot employ people says 2019 report. This will result in labour shortages without population growth and an increasing number of people in the workforce resulting in changes in economic growth (Friedman, 2019).

The Pros and Cons of Life in Canada that cater immigrants:

Canada has a reputation as a great country that treats its people well. With no shortage of jobs in Canada, Canada’s affordable and high-quality healthcare for experts is sweetening the deal.

Canada also provides services regarding social security. Ultimately, the health care system has a good system which treats people equally. There are many social programmes focused on training and education to help people get highly skilled jobs (New World Immigration, 2020). The technique in every area of Canadian life is essentially from where they go to school to whether they eat fats at restaurants around Canada.

Many people feel that Canada has a lot of regulations to comply with and that residents are controlled by the government. Canadians distanced themselves from the tensions under Donald Trump Canadians over immigration problems seen in Europe and the United States, were less likely to strongly agree or disagree with people’s immigration. Canada also stands out on a world scale for the people’s positive attitudes towards new immigrants, and in the enthusiasm and spirit that immigrants express themselves. When asked about their family well-being and needs, Canadian immigrants were ranked seventh-happiest out of 140 nations. Although it offers a safe and diverse environment for students, families and students to get to know each other’s culture and cultural beliefs that further promote tolerance (MOCZULSKI, 2018).
